RIP Anabel Shaw

Marjorie Henshaw Aka Anabel Shaw 24 June 1921 - 16 April 2010 Marjorie Henshaw, actress & writer, died 16 April 2010 after a valiant effort to keep Triple Negative Breast cancer at bay. A long time Los Angeleno and 4th generation Californian, graduated from Cal in 1943 a Kappa Alpha Theta, had a career in Hollywood before marrying Sociologist Joseph Ford to build an academic life and family. She divorced in 1987, married George Skopecek, and lived in Oakland until his death in 1992 when she moved to Santa Barbara for a singular life with friends and family. Her three children Anabel, Cecilia, and Stephen and his two children Elinore and Tyler survive her. Margie, remembered for her laugh, always stayed in the moment.
